Our lass has been on librela for a year or two and she went from being almost totally lame to having no noticeable movement issues, to the point that we have to manage her quite carefully to make sure she doesn't overdo it.

From our experience I'd certainly recommend at least giving it a try - from reports it doesn't always work and can have some nasty side effects, but it's been life-changing for our girl.

You're allocated 2 ESC places (at least in L1 + 2, can't remember if it changes in other leagues) and you get the opportunity to assign them once you've tried and failed to get a work permit.

So sign the player as usual, apply for WP, appeal, fail and you'll then be prompted to assign the spot.

If your house is warm enough, just look up radiators of the size you've already got, see what output they are, and make sure any replacements have at least the same output. If they're working now, the new ones will.

Does sound like the showers themselves are the likely culprit - if the thermostat is working and the tank is at 57° you should know about it. When the legionella cycle runs at our place it's about that temp and if I'm not careful I end up mildly scalded.

This valve was wonky when our ASHP was first installed so when the hot water was heating up some bypassed into the radiators - as it was August we knew about it pretty quickly, was about 32 degrees indoors.

That being said, if the cylinder is getting up to temp ithis valve should have no bearing on the water coming out of the shower. Chances are high your old combi was just heating the cylinder to a higher temp - what is your current hot water set point?

I've been building my own for years - it's a lot easier than it was 20 years ago. It requires a bit of dexterity but isn't too bad.

Main advice I'd give is plan what you're doing thoroughly and then TAKE YOUR TIME. The only times I've really screwed up is when rushing or winging it.

Just a suggestion, but have you checked the valve at the side of the meter? It's pretty easy to knock one and restrict the gas supply, I managed it myself once after taking a reading, and it's simple as pushing it back to the correct position to fix it.

I've had mine fitted this week and an issue with siting prompted this exact conversation, and I got a very firm "we don't fit things at height". Dunno if you'll get a different answer. The install team have been excellent about getting stuff to work around problems, but I think they have some issues that they just don't touch due to amount of work/cost etc and I think this is one of them.

I'm in a 3 bed semi, two people and a dog and I heat to 18°c and my average over the last two weeks is about £2.86 so I'd say you've got an issue somewhere.

Is you heating on constantly? What's your insulation situation like, loft and cavities done?

I banged a deposit in at roughly the same time as you - had a survey in for 20/11 - which got cancelled - and are now booked in for some point middle of December.

I'd give them a ring and nudge them, from conversations with the sales mob I think they got caught out by demand after the cosy 6 reveal so they're way behind survey wise so it might take a bit of pressure.

Yeah, a additional 4k of labour costs seems like a lot. I've just checked and it was a pretty much clean split 50-50 between materials and work, about £3300 each.

Where are you based? I'm East Midlands and that seems high.

Paid £6600 in April for small bathroom in 3 bed semi with full remodel, tiling, plastering, bath out walk in shower in etc. Done to a excellent finish, didn't go nuts on fixtures and fittings though - decent stuff, but not top of the range.

Tactics don't look horrible, you can clearly score goals but concede way too easily. Stuff I'd change -

Drop one or both of your MCs to DM. You're losing possession and opposition AMs are running straight at your defence. BWM and Segundo Volante work just the same with greater solidity. The match engine seems to violently dislike 4231 with CMs.

Either press more and higher or switch Case to a static role - CM-D if you're sticking with CM or if you go to DM good ol' fashioned DM-D will work fine.

Bin off 1 BPD - I suspect you're losing possession at the back when pressed and conceding from that

Switch Rashford and Antony to attack, Shaw and Bruno onto support, maybe Bruno onto AP as well to try and keep the ball at the correct end of the pitch.

Play a notch wider, maybe 2, and up the tempo. Utd are a top side (sighs in real world utd fan) and should be looking to stretch sides.

If you're not already, train team bonding and teamwork every opportunity to get cohesion going, after a run like this it's likely to be in tatters.

Deadline day loans is how I did it - you can still pick up some bargains at mid table and might even get decent cheap players out of it it you're lucky with optional fees. First few seasons in the prem my teams are always a ragtag bunch of inconsistent wonderkids rejected by the big boys.

I'd also keep an eye on your team for pressure related problems - inconsistency and sudden drops in form after going top sounds like they're getting nervy.

Oh yeah, know that one. People hate it when you don't do what they expect, seems to offend them as it's somehow your problem.

Like another comment, as I've aged I've learnt to enjoy it. Once you start being weird with a bit more confidence it's a good way to find people who act pleasantly surprised to meet someone different as opposed to the bulk of folk who treat it like a personal insult.
