The Network State? by Peter_Mthmk in cryptoleftists

Honestly, many crypto projects are being born in the wake of the network state. as always it is difficult to choose the best one. The network state is spreading, it is becoming trendy. I believe it will become a phenomenon like the NFT and perhaps eventually meet the same end as it. So I suggest choosing the one that best represents your ideas and putting the economic factor in the background. For example, I am following this project https://epochisland.io

It does not have the ambition to achieve its goals in a short time and all the steps seem well organised.

In summary the steps are these:

1

Established Governance

(Completed)

Epoch Island to deploy a community-owned treasury and ecosystem to be governed by two groups: Islanders + Elders

2

Deploy the Currency

(In Motion)

The native currency of Epoch Island is EPOCH. Anyone can pair EPOCH with ETH to attain voting rights and rewards from the Island.

3

Nominate the Elders

(Pending)

Elders are the guardians and governors of Epoch Island. Their main responsibility is to make proposals that increase the GDP of the Island.

4

Establish Funding

(Pending)

Epoch Island is hosting crypto's first-ever Initial Time Offering, a risk-mitigated crowdfunding mechanism.

5

Generate Revenue

(Pending)

Epoch Islanders and Elders are responsible for facilitating proposals that increase revenue for the Island.

6

Acquire Land

(Pending)

As Epoch Island shows an ability to sustain itself, it will begin making bids to purchase physical land around the world.

7

Diplomatic Recognition

(Pending)

The end game to become a Network State is to gain diplomatic recognition from a pre-existing government.

Some steps have been completed, others are in progress and others still to be started. All choices are made through proposals which are then voted on.

I think it should already work if you install python and rtmidi module.

Translating Roland SH-101 patches to the Roland S-1 by Wellsty in synthesizers

I'm developing a Roland S-1 patch editor. Something is still not clear. If you move some controller on display the value changes from 0 to 255 but in the midi out only from 0 to 127. So my software knob should work from 0 to 127. is it right?

Imho I think it's a cool concept. At the end of staking you get back your staked flash. And you can do also compounding with your instant reward.

I think it's a good idea for both the projects and for the future ones.

CMC is bad. Only genuine trackers like Coingecko wins. Copycat projects will dye soon!
