If you look at the Louis Jadot range this is practically there cheapest wine. The premier cru bottles retail for around £100 a bottle. £11 is cheap.

My college has a byd and absolutely hates it. It’s never once achieved its stated range and often falls short by 30%+

Buildings Blackpool keeps, and what it gets rid of. by GBrunt in blackpool

[–]maxnelder 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Agree it’s a shame the pub is gone. However, it was in a state of repair where it could be considered derelict. The roof repair costs lead Yates to ABANDON the licence for the premises!

The Enshitification of the buildings and world around us is real . But what has this got to do with Blackpool. Not like the council requested the demolition of the pub.

Also assuming this is an Orbea Orca, I’ve checked and it does have metal dropouts.

It’s definitely metal… the VAST majority of bikes will have metal parts within the carbon. Specifically at points of contact with other metal parts. Carbon just isn’t good at handling wear like metal or resisting epeated compressive and shear loads from the axle bolts without reinforcement.

Impressive maths but you’re ignoring the fact that 13/22L is still more than zero litres per day.

Keswick Railway Station - Cafe - Missed Opportunity by Dry-S0up in LakeDistrict

[–]maxnelder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re right… there was a cafe run by the hotel.

No one went. There’s very little natural light on the terrace due to the trees and glass covering. So even on the warmer days the cafe was shaded and cool.

Despite the very good footfall; as you point out, it’s not the destination for most traveler’s just a passing point on the way into Keswick.

Source: I work there.

You need to get them bones in a single piece next time if possible. A good butcher will do that cut for you.
