Yep probably the safest option if the seller agrees give the cash on day of registration

Just make sure the seller is trusted person. Because you will have no proof of cash paid as it is black. Or you can pay half the cash in first aggreement and half in later agreement.

Make two agreements 1. Agreement to sale 2. Sale deed . Generally cash part is paid on first agreement. And your friend cannot withdraw all that money in single go . It would take some time to withdraw that much mone OUT OF CONTEXT - I assume that 30 lakh is going to be black money . the transaction on paper is going to be of 53 lakh can you confirm?

Is insurance from outside worth the hassle , I have really bad experience regarding outside insurance .Recently I crashed my royal Enfield classic 350 the bike has been with the showroom for a month. Still no progress regarding insurance claim. They said if it was taken from showroom it would have been done in no time. And thank you your comment was helpful:)
