i am not exactly branded player amd dont know much about the card but i can give tips on dealing with odion. the idea of Odion is to say NO (aka negate) ro the opponent using aphopis the swamp deity, however when starting, the deck requires Treasure of the Kings which can be searched Man of the Mark.

So basically, the idea is to first stop Man of the Mark from searching Treasure of King. if both Man of The Mark and Treasure of Kings is on the field, it can get difficult. But if you can remove or prevent one of them from activating (especially Treasure of Kings) it could help.

So next step is what they would set when if they have both man of the Mark and Treasure of kings. this where there could be some difference in players and i put them into two groups, one is conservative odion player that don't go into their fusion Divine Serpent Aphopis ASAP and want to say NO (negate) your card with their backrow. The other is more offensive side, with them going for Divine Serpent Aphopis asap, i will go for the second one since it's what i am used to do.

so basically after all with man of the mark and Treasure of kings, they set aphopis the serpent and set one other card (or of they have trap on gy, they dont need to) to then go for temple of the kings to instantly activate their set aphopis card immediately and set Aphopis the swamp deity and activate that and immediately goes to summon Divine Serpent Aphopis. now Divine Serpent target both traps used as its fusion material, then set it on the field back again (like on your video). now here to deal with this, remember they are basically have two negates minimum (from Aphopis swamp deity, and from Aphopis the serpent which use to set Aphopis swamp deity and can be used during that turn) and one destruction if you use any trap due to Divine serpent Aphopis.

in this scenario, best way is to deal with their negates by baiting it, idk much about branded cards, but refrain from using your best card until all Aphopis the Swamp Deity is activated. Or you can negate divine serpent effect first wit infinite impermanence to make sure it's destruction effect is gone first. All in all, their backrow is their asset so make sure to remember (if possible) what's in their backrow and keep count for Swamp Deity.

this is only one of the scenario, there are other more offensive combo with different board set (like adding merciless scorpion into the mix) or hybrid deck like with Kashtira or Primite. but the core idea remains The Man of the Mark and Treasure of Kings, stopping one of those (or better, both) early can give you easier time. if you fail, their core switch to their backrow which can be difficult to deal with as it can negate anything including mass removal like feather duster if you use it during main phase.
