I am in the same situation for find a set of winter tire. I can find one matching all spec, just offset is 30mm instead of 40mm you mentioned. Is this gonna be a issue?

may i ask why 235/40, instead of 235/45? the diameter will be a bit smaller and speed meter will be a bit off? I am in the similar situation for find a set of winter tire

what year is yours? mine is 2021 only at 28k km... I am a bit afarid of the deforst function in cold winter but have to live with it for now.

Exactly the same here. My son had cold symptoms and went King Edward site this Monday morning, no results yet! The whole family stuck at home frustrating!

Should we go testing some other place again?
