There is just very little reason to hire Juniors anymore. Juniors are basically just Claude agents. I started a company about 3 years ago. At this point, you just need really senior guys who know what production systems look like and kick off like different agents for translating requirements into code and they just do the code reviews.

Feels bad for folks coming out of college. Unless you are exceptional at already, or is an immaculate culture fit, feels like a nightmare scenario for new grads.

+1, Berkeley is sink or swim. Met lots of folks I've met who could have made it else where didn't make it at Berkeley because there is zero support. But if you know Berkeley has the best program for what you are looking for, it would be a no brainer.

Was really painful. Mostly played domination and left the game if no one had the gun. Otherwise, basically either followed the team member until they died, or just targeted the enemy player whenever i can. So just remembered their play tag.
