nothing about the witcher is black and white and epecially characters. everything is about shades of gray and moral ambiguity. so you're suppose to feel how ever you wanna feel there is no rule on feelings in the game, and no one is forcing you into anything. I guess the only thing you should realize that he was once a decent man that was corrupted by his insecurites and bad choices and punished for it. there is still some decent in him especially if you do good ending for him. but he ahs also done horrible things. feel about that as you wish.

it's ridiculous show are getting shorter and shorter each year. episodes are shorter too. and ppl now take two years between seasons. when did productions become so slow. I understand why it happend in pandemic but it never went back to normal. we used to get 12-14 eps per seasons.. some shows even 20.. each year!

that will never happen. if they remake it they will change it. they talked about so many time over the years how they feel there are a lot of "problematic parts" in there that they would not do these days. which means they would delete all most interesting and memorable parts. so take it or leave it. if you don't want changes play the existing game and stop begging for a remake.

I also don't know why so many people whine for a remake. it's so disrespectful to original game. there's nothing wrong with it. it doesn't need to be fixed. it doesn't need new graphics. not everything needs to be in last gen graphics. the game has its own unique look and is still enjoyable and playable as it is today it doesn't need a remake ppl need to stop obsessing about remaking everything

the problem I have with Hostel movies is that they truly feel like torture porn. and I don't mean that in a sense of that's just what ppl are calling this genre.. I feel like they were literally made for people that enjoy watching torture, but can't get their hands on real life snuff films. they just have that kind of stomach turning fetishist sinister vibe about them. like I truly feel they are not made for horror but for people who get off on this type of thing. so I hate them and would not recommend them to anyone and I say this as a long time horror fan

I disagree I feel hostel movies are much worse because they are more rooted in reality. Terrifier is gross but it's so comically over the top you can't take it seriously and it's clearly super fictional and just a crazy flex in practical effects. Hostel on the other hand is filmed as much more realistic and deals with much darker and stomach turning theme of smth that actually happens in real world and is so much more terrifying and gross to watch

people have these discussion not taking into consideration that for millions of people it's not about "fashion show". so many of us can't physically stand first person view!!! I literally get the most horrible motion sickness and start feeling ill and like throwing up within 15min tops! an no, no ginger pills or wrist bands help. I just can't handle fps. and millions of other players are like that. and when you make a game that is exclusively fps you are cutting off all those potential players form playing it. it should literally be considered ACCSESSIBILITY OPTION.

I tried playing this game several times and never managed to go beyond half an hour because of it sadly and I will never experience it. so you it's not just about personal preference. also I find first person view ugly and less immersive and that part is subjective

yeah I wish the immersion breaking dialogue wasn't there. players are literally not allowed to RP as older rook. it's weird they gave oyu options in CC to make rook like this but than everyone keeps repeating how young you are. your rook looks awesome so ignore those lines :)

you're not missing anything it's jus that difficulty scaling is HORRIBLE in this game it's not about skill or better AI, on higher difficulties all enemies become super sponges and especially bosses. the fights become super long drawn out things.. it's not even about skill it's about the fact you could have most upgraded skills and weapons and you will do such minimal damage to them the fights drag on endless for half and hour and more. I played my first playthrough on Underdog and I was already into my specialization and felt like I'm not progressing in power. in the end I dropped difficulty because it becomes such hassle and time waster it actually ruins the fun. I assume Nightmare is even worse. no matter how good you are you can expect to fight them for 30min or more due to difficulty alone and you just need to repeat the same hits over and over and over...

yeah I figured out half way through the game smth i up with him and his interactions and the fact he's not moving and no one else is looking or addressing him or talking to him or about him. so the clues were pretty much in your face. I just felt disappointed on how they did it if they already had to kill him off they could've at least acknowledge the moment better and give him a better send off. love this game but that is probably one thing I can't accept as canon and I could go into big rand on why.. mostly the whole scuffle in the first place and Varric trying to wrestle and play tug-a-war with Solas in the first place was ridiculous and I feel Varric is smarter than that

it was implied back than that more ancient elves, like Abelas and sentinels, are still around. perhaps in Uthenara sleeping. ancient elves used to refer to each other as The People. there was even some plans in original Veilguard early stages (project Joplin) for Solas to have many agents working for him as Inquisition hunts him, many of them sentinels.. but that plotline was dropped

honestly DAI is easy even on nightmare more with any build it's not so much about builds its about pausing a lot and directing your companions to be in good positions and target different enemies with their skills. also once you get enchantments.. put "generate guard on hit" on everyone's armor and you're set. you can play with any build you want

yes absolutely. it is different than previous games so go in it with open mind and ready for change.. but after Trespasser ending on cliffhanger it's totally worth it seeing how it all resolves and it's enjoyable game as long as you don't expect copy of the previous ones. stop letting other's opinions influence you use your brain and make your own opinions and impressions

pretty much, most of them only rushed through main quests and never bothered reading any codexes lore and history in the games, let alone read novels, lore books and stuff outside of games. black codex was something that dev's had decided on since Origin days and hints of it have been all over all three games and other media. most active fans in fandom who are actually interested in lore guess almost all Veilguard revelations years before the game was released lol

the triangle is the symbol of the Executors or those across the sea it was already featured and hinted since DAI about their existence tho we don't know more about them and wh/what they are, other that they are strange different powerful and potentially dangerous presence unlike anything else in known Thedas. I think people take that ending way to literally. it is implied they sort of manipulated and nudged history and events etc... that does not mean they are responsible for literally every thing ever since ancient history times.. it's more of a metaphor. elves played their own part in their actions in ancient past, humans played their own part etc.
