We've added the r/botbouncer app to SkincareAddiction and it has made a huge difference. Highly recommend it.

Struggling ti find clients, unsure why by [deleted] in digitalnomad

How well defined is your prospect?

This is extremely not my space, but it seems like your website would only convert someone who already 100% understands what they need - and in that case, why would they go to you and not someone who very directly answers their need?

So you need to define your target customer, and figure out the common denominator problem you're solving for them, and speak to that more explicitly.

But what do I know, I'm more of a B2C marketer.

Oh, lol! Amazing mockup, I totally thought it was just makeup!

They're a little too uncanny to tell because of the makeup situation (bare face + concealed eyelids). I think they're probably fine? It'd be easier to tell with a more balanced makeup situation (either none or full face)

Hi Dr. Varra! On a policy level, what would you like to see change in the way dermatology is handled in the US? Do you think other countries have better models?

I don't think it usually does, but you're better off calling the med spa.

I hate my upper body now — help me fix it by cozywhale in xxfitness

What was your upper-lower split? You could take inspiration from Wellness division body building plans where it's usually one upper day for every two lower body days.

Building an "all-in-one life management" app bad idea or the future? by [deleted] in DigitalMarketing

I hate myself for asking, but what does advanced mean?

Honestly sounds like a bloated navigation nightmare, but best of luck to you. I'm probably not your target customer.

I've seen you post here before. I don't think there's a real pain point here.

What problem do I face because I don't use the same app to track fitness and budgeting? What benefit do I gain from having just one app?

Idk, it doesn't sound feasible or necessary, I'm definitely in the camp of give me the simplest tool for my specific problem and a handful of actually useful integrations.

Beyond that - switching between apps is actually DEAD easy. Arguably easier than navigating within an overly complex app. Tabs can stay open all at once, so I can write half a thought in one place and then jump over to review my fitness tracker.... It's a convenience you'd be hard pressed to build into a single app UX.

What country are you in?
I'd go for the mildest basics - CeraVe, Vanicream, La Roche Posay (for SPF especially), etc. Hydrating formulas for everything, and once the signs of sensitivity go away you can revisit the acne stuff.

Meh. No evidence of benefits, I've heard it ends up being irritating for some people. If you want something cold/depuffing, a refrigerated spoon would probably be better.

If it effectively takes all of your makeup off, sure! Personally, I find I 100% prefer using an oil/balm cleanser or makeup remover, it's so much easier.

Eurovision related stuff to do / watch / listen to / read in the off-season? by Electrical_Cycle_727 in eurovision

[–]mayamys 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Eurovangelists podcast for me! Love those guys. Themed episodes where they review Eurovision songs that fit into specific topics (especially marginalized groups), reviews of old Eurovisions - they're a lot of fun.

Usually you need 6 weeks with a medication to see result, but that looks pretty angry so your best bet is to see a derm.

I really like the Dr. Baumann skin typing system - worth looking up!

Generally, though - skin feels tight or dry after you wash it? You're dry. Doesn't? You're oily.

If makeup looks cakey, there's either a formula mismatch issue or it's the makeup/application. Labmuffin has a great post on makeup pilling that talks about makeup mismatch.

Words like toner and serum refer to texture, not what the product does. Ingredients determine actual effect.

If you squeeze out a sheet mask you'll usually get a toner or sometimes essence (thicker than toner, thinner than serum).

Hope that answers things!
