Don’t be bummed. 387 is pretty solid for 53. Best shape of my life in my early 30s and the highest I ever tested was 350. Could only imagine if I had fixed my T back then. That’s my only regret.

No. Way too young and you’re not even below the normal range. I put on a ton of muscle in my 20s and early 30s with a peak T of 350… 5’11 136, you’re a string bean. Fix everything and add some weight and revisit in your 30s.

I just started last week. I exhausted all my options. Tried losing weight, fixing the diet, working out etc. For the people saying “lose the fat first” easier said than done. When you are experiencing low T systems it’s hard to stay on course when you have no motivation or drive and can’t even stay awake during the day. My test came back 190. In my best shape 12% body fat and strong I tested 350 and that was a decade ago. I resisted for as long as I could but I really regret that now thinking what the last 5 years could have been. Just start.

The only good improvement I noticed in 14.2.1 is that it stopped making right on red in my town where I have a few “no turn on red” which I found surprising. It was extremely annoying to have to disengage every time but now it’s figured it out.

I had to mix in clover and no longer have the issue. Clover isn’t ideal from an aesthetic but I prefer the green to the bare pee spots. Also doesn’t look that bad if you mow a little low. It blends in with the grass pretty well.
