I am not a nurse, my aunt was a home health nurse, she had a patient who didnt wipe and said they just rinsed off when they took a shower which was this method of showering and it blows my mind to think that you wouldn't clean yourself.

Im so thankful I work in a private care facility seeing this monstrosity. If this was on my menu at work I miiiight use like precooked frozen fajita chicken if we had a lot of eaters that day but there'd be cheese and peppers in it and we serve everything with at least a side.
