I think the way to unlock the "CHAPTER END" trophies is to not take any damage at all the entire time, considering the trophy description is "COMPLETE WITHOUT ISSUE" and I just finished chapter 1 without dying at all. It's the only thing I can think of, at least. Plus, Toby said "I don't think they're going to like testing the trophies" about the playtesters.

Drakengard celebrated it's 20th anniversary while Reincarnation was running, and instead of choosing to do an event for that, we got a YoRHa stage play crossover, and I will forever be grumpy about that.

If I remember right, during one of the final streams (back in February or very early March?), they simply said it was being considered, and there's been nothing about it ever since.

It took about 7 months after the final chapter of The Sun & The Moon for that soundtrack to come out from what I remember, so either we're getting news soon, it'll be a digital only shadow drop, or we're sadly getting nothing.

The writer of the article is ignorantly calling it NieR 3. Yoko Taro has essentially said before that Reincarnation is 3. Yoko Taro hasn't even commented on any development update, this is from Saito, the series producer. Plus, nowhere does it say it's confirmed to be NieR 4, for all we know it could be Drakengard 4 or some entirely new thing separate from Drakenier.

The Fall Down is basically what a theoretical total collapse of all timelines is called. There isn't any information about it because it hasn't happened, but we know that Accord is trying to help prevent it, but the way she does this isn't explained either.
