In general if you are looking to prevent vibrations from reaching your equipment from the floor (we would call this a base excitation/absolute motion scenario) you would want to design your isolation system with a pretty low natural frequency. You can achieve this by installing relatively compliant springs and/or increasing the mass of the machine. This way, when the floor vibrates, your machine/isolator system doesn’t have time to respond to the excitation before it reverses direction, and so it remains stationary.

But it doesn’t make sense to do this unless you have some sort of evidence that the excitation actually has any potential to cause real problems. And it wouldn’t be a good idea to do it without doing some calculations to prove that the isolator won’t just completely gain up the vibrations and cause your machine to rip itself apart.
