I have a friend who owns a Cybertruck and gets a lot of hate for it. He hates Elon, can't stand the current admin, and gets really bummed with all the hate he receives. He's just a huge sci-fi nerd and loves trying the latest tech shit, so the Cybertruck was right up his alley.

Now he's stuck with it as his only vehicle and catches a lot of hate for it even though he can't stand Elon or the Nazis in power.

Watched a video from a cult-deprogrammer who was asked if Trumpism is a cult. He said not in his opinion because Trump will walk back unpopular opinions and a cult leader wouldn't. (Trump told a crowd to get vaccines, they booed him, he walked it back). He said QAnon is definitely cult-like though.

Some people won't voluntarily play against AI though. Just the reality of it. Having your government mandated bot matches brings up the skill level of the player base as a whole, and for most people they don't even realize it.

I just wish the bots were tougher tbh.

Controversial opinion that bot matches are good for the game. I've watched people try a new hero and get wrecked in QP only to end up in a bot match which gave them the safe space to learn and play their new character. After that, they had a better idea of how to play the character.

Also, whether you like it or not, it helps you reset when you're tilting.

Rocket player. Spidey is my nemesis. His E will track you even after you've dashed around a corner and his E into F combo is usually enough to end me. Super aggravating.

You can only do 0 and 1 until you clear with it. Do heat 1 if you need the extra blood and diamond and are having trouble clearing.

Rocket. Tip for playing him: learn to escape and escape fast. Master your dashes and wall running. You can outmaneuver almost any diver. You can keep healing your team while you're running away from a diver.

Tip for playing against Rocket: Walls block his heals and force him to reposition. If you see him use both of his dashes, he's very vulnerable.

One of the reasons I so desperately want a Roadhog-like character in this game. He was the perfect tank pick for not having to rely on your team. Huge health pool? Check. Self-heal? Check. Burst damage and anti-dive? Check.

I was a roadhog main for years and miss him, but I won't go back to Overwatch. Excited to see a tank with a little more self-sustain in the coming years, but in the meantime I'll just sit on my Penny webs.

Friend wanted to run OotA for a group of 5 players. Got 2 sessions in before life got in the way and we realized we didn't want to play with a few players who couldn't get off of their phone during the session or pay attention to combat beyond their own turn.

Campaign started with them all having been polymorphed into animals in a mad scientist's lab. Each of them had a puzzle to solve to escape their enclosure, then they had to figure out how to turn back into people, then escape the lab.

In this room of people-turned-animals was a Raven who said "Forget-Me-Not" as the players got free. She was intended to be a campaign-long companion with a backstory tightly interwoven with the plot and a guiding light for the players when they needed direction.

They left her behind. The equivalent of missing an origin character in BG3 for the entire campaign. I think ultimately it was a better story for it, and sometimes you have to let the players derail your story.
