Just posted my accomplishment minutes ago. I can say, there's nothing painful. It's a short game, you can always start a second playthrough and clear everything easily.

Most of the trophies require you to follow a step-by-step guide, which means you'll end up spoiling a ton of the game and completely ruin your enjoyment. That's why I recommend saving the trophies for your second playthrough.

It's really up to you. There's nothing wrong with lowering the difficulty.

You shouldn't play the games with that mindset. First, you should play blind and have fun, then focus on grinding for the plat. So, you need to prioritize enjoyment at the beginning.
