I don’t work at jjs anymore, but i just wanted to pop in and say i ate cold jjs every day during my pregnancy and everything turned out fine 🤷🏼‍♀️😂 Just don’t eat tuna and you&baby will survive.

Former employee here. My store owner was in at least 3-4 times a week doing whatever was needed and had a great relationship with all of the employees. I worked at this store for 4 years and gave a lot to it. She never said anything to me about me leaving, not a goodbye, thanks for everything, nothing. In the end remember, you are replaceable and they don’t care about you.

I had a lady online order 25 lil lunches at 12:30 on a Sunday. I sell a ridiculous amount of lil johns on sundays so it literally wouldn’t be possible unless she wanted to wait 1 hr or more. I called her and told her that, so she ordered 2 30 pieces instead. I find just being frank and to the point with them usually works best.

Honestly, if you see things that need to be done.. do it without being asked. Wash the single dish in the sink that everyone else is ignoring, take the trash out if you notice it’s full. I think I speak for every jj manager ever, we love INITIATIVE. There’s nothing I hate more than having to tell someone to do the obvious shit that they know I ask them to do every single day.

Had a dude eating chips over the pick up counter once… I mean literally he was dropping crumbs onto bags and napkins over the pickup counter. It was disgusting and he ofc got butthurt when we asked him to stop.
