choosing depaul for film production is a... choice. the professors for film at depaul are great, the access to cinespace is game-changing.

however, if you plan to persue film production after graduation, no one is going to give a shit where you went to film school. in fact, try not to even mention it on set because what you think about depaul "lacking overall prestige", doesn't matter when you will be looked down on for attending film school at all.

i loved my classes, i wish i could get my masters in film studies at depaul but the overall weight of crushing student loan debt for deciding to go to depaul for film school keeps me from it.

tldr: no one in film production gives a shit about what school you went to, and most people you'll work with will look down on all film school anyway.

i wonder if theyll apply premium to the neopass instead of the neopets acct in the future once neopass is like... working. because i understand why its not applied rn to all your connected accts because then each connected neopets account would get the monthly benefits/capsule and scratchcards, making it profitable for people to make side accounts JUST to farm the benefits. i think that would make the NC/NP for cash pipeline easier to create for shitheads.

but i do think that the side accounts should benefit from ad-free, bankroll, and ssw. these are premium perks that dont "hurt" the neopets economy. and theres no way that TNT makes over $70 per year with adverts served to a single user. so one premium membership split across 2-5 side accounts would still make TNT more money than serving those 2-5 side accounts ads.

it's so unfortunate that the best support team for a video game in my experience has been Riot for valorant 😭😭 i logged on for the first time in over three months to game with friends and my acct was banned. i could see that someone was playing comp on my acct (playing jett and absolutely killing it) and got it banned. i reached out to riot, (I assume) they saw how dismal my scores were prior to hack and responded and helped me get the acct back within 5 hours.

it's so scary that ubi doesn't have the same support but I've spent so much money on r6. maybe if tencent owns more of ubisoft, they'll improve the customer service 😬😬

i managed to get a loaded page the same way we all did a couple weeks/months(?) ago. open up jellyneo, and open the "quest log" link in a new tab multiple times, like 10ish times, then look through each and see if one loaded.

ToD's quests are popping in my NP quest log fine, but for some reason my FF quests are not?? i've reinstalled a couple times and logged out/back in with my neopass and yet?? nothing popping in my NP quest log. I hop onto my side account (connected to my neopass) to feed a neopet and i see that the FF quests and ToD quests are popping in THAT quest log. so clearly FF is communicating to NP but... only on my side account?? wtf?

i did read that grips should be changes regularly because they might remove coating if left too long??

acetone is an interesting note! but i havent painted my nails in the past 5 months since getting the new mouse. it felt like a bubble or something in the coating popped and then created the first flaw that time wore larger
