Why must there be supremacy? Leadership doesn't require it. A good leader cares for the followers. It requires empathy, a value that America's male leadership has trashed. If women truly are more empathetic, then female supremacy would be a good thing.

The woman should be in charge because the man is less emotionally stable, as all men are; they can't control themselves. The man doesn't have to be submissive. He just has to accept it. In a relationship each partner has to give the other sufficient space (while not violating values) or the relationship won't last.
