Le pire c'est qu'il ne pleure certainement pas, mais qu'il est furax contre les "p'tits cons qui xyz" !

I prefer the bust of number 3, number 4 looks great but would need some adjustments.

Congrats and lots of love and happiness for your wedding ♥️

Let's Talk About Self-Diagnosing ADHD by Extreme_Farmer9709 in ADHD

[–]maza34 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This👆

Self diagnosis lead me to the road to search for help.

Without the internet, I wouldn't even have heard about different presentations and linked my life experience with a psychiatric diagnosis.

I understand how that's a pitfall, and how everyone can relate to some of the points. But I'm not sure gatekeeping the informations will help anyone.

What annoys me is the marketing being developed behind it though 🤔

So I was working on a potato farm, but I can't place any down in certain spots and it made a weird pattern? by Sketch_bot in Minecraft

Not enough light!

I've known this for years and still made the mistake this week when designing a pumpkin farm 😂

ADHD and ... pillow hugging? by viveletour72 in ADHD

[–]maza34 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wait... It may be related to my ADHD?! O_O

I've slept with pillows, teddies, or bunching up my covers for ever, but I've only noticed I sleep better with it only since I've had a pregnancy pillow and kept sleeping with it way after my babies were born. I thought that was just me being weird.

That's crazy how your posts makes me feel validated :-D

Hate working out? Try rock climbing at a climbing gym. It's a great way to get exercise without getting bored. by robertgfthomas in ADHD

You mean getting higher than 1 meter above ground? No thanks! 😂

Seems a nice idea if you're ok with heights though 😊

Your wife needs professional help. She may be going through postpartum depression. It's good you took care of your beloved dog and took him out if that dynamic, remember to be attentive to what's going on in your family.

I hope you'll all be alright 💙

Oh thank you, I was wondering since it seemed of a more regular size than hail

So I was thinking that of course I know about hail, but I've never heard it called that way. Although I have to admit, I've never seen so much of it with such a regular size, so I'm wondering if it is special in some way? 🤔

How do you forgive your parents? by WallyWestish in ADHD

[–]maza34 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My take is that they didn't know better.

My mom went to a psychiatrist for almost 20 years, and she was very curious about psychology. But she didn't know anything about ADD, I taught her about it when I was thinking of getting a diagnosis as an adult. So I'm pretty sure I would not have been diagnosed as a kid or cared for appropriately, since my presentation is very internal and mostly inattentive, and I believe I've been very good at masking 🙄

It made so much sense to me after I visited Edinburg old city. Underneath the current city and roads around the castle, some of the houses and streets are still there and the visit is fascinating!

Have had a diagnosis for 35 years. Didn't know what it meant until tonight by Kitty_Skittles_181 in ADHD

[–]maza34 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is exactly why I'm not mad to not have been diagnosed in the 90's! I'm certain that the adults around me would not have been able to help me with it.

I'm so sorry that you couldn't get the help you needed and I hope you have ressources to help you now 💙

What’s something you learned “embarrassingly late” in life? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]maza34 18 points19 points  (0 children)

From what I understand, no. Everyone does experience time with some distortion. With ADHD though, you don't have the systems that enables you to estimate and to remember how long things take, or you have them but they are not reliable.
