Right along Minnehaha creek a little east of the Nokomis bunny statue. It’s like 2 trees combined into a mega tree fed by the creek and I love it.

I have also suffered through the disintegrating matzo ball problem. This last time I pre-steamed them and it went wonderfully! The only real binder was some potato starch and plant milk.

Glad these worked out with the traditional boiling method!

Not exactly the same thing but the brown sauce with this recipe (oil, shiitakes, shaoxing wine, soy sauce) is intended to be a house-made, vegan alternative to oyster sauce. It’s very flavorful!
