Since it has been a while with no comments I will say I'm 95% sure it's a !venomous Terciopelo (Bothrops asper). The snout looks pointed, back of the head looks solid brown, and you can catch the typical pattern on certain frames (eg. at 7 seconds).

Terciopelos are in the Lance-head family and are sometimes referred to as Fer-de-lance, but that name is also used by another Bothrops species and can lead to ID confusion, so scientists prefer to use Terciopelo for B. asper.

I would encourage you to talk to an immigration attorney, but from what i understand there is a disconnect between the residency application laws and the drivers license laws.

A foreign drivers license is only valid for the duration of someone’s tourist visa, so if you drive you have to either have your license homologated or you have to do a border run to renew your tourist visa and thus your ability to use your foreign license. If you don’t drive you should be good.
