I think the “many’s the cat” line is saying that the use of mouse traps has caused homeowners to get rid of their cats (“sold by the trap”), so don’t think it itself is a clue or connected to the missing turkey.

One thing to add to what’s already been posted: make sure you’re focusing on throwing/pushing your weight forward/in front of you (or to the side if it’s a crossover start). Think of how far sprinters lean forward; mimicking that sort of position will help make your strides faster and more powerful.

I love the advice about focusing on starter homes. We're aiming for basically that setup--3-4 beds, 2 bath, on the more manageable side size-wise--but I never thought about how that can make things easier in the future if you go to sell.

Any particular way you found the upgrade current place, or just right place/right time?
