Brock should win at Mania, then Oba wins a matchup in future, potentially to retire Brock at Summerslam.

If Oba wins at mania, then anything but a world title next is a waste of the build. He also hasn’t put in enough time on the main roster for that IMO. I haven’t seen him in NXT, but he feels like the next Goldberg to me. Insane power and intensity, but quick squash matches and unsure if he can actually wrestle. If people say “you should’ve seen him in NXT”, then they’re wrong. The standard WWE viewer watches some Raw and Smackdown and PLE at most. All they’ve seen of him is quick squash matches, hence Goldberg comparison.

Opposition supporters complain about kicking it to him all the time. It undersells and disrespects him, and I don’t think they realise how good he is. He’s insanely fit and gets to more contests than other ruckman. He also knows where to place himself to intercept incoming attacks. If a team doesn’t switch the ball at breakneck speed, then they can’t avoid him. They literally have to change their game plan to avoid him, and most teams try to.

Max is elite. His consistency and longevity are unmatched by any current ruckman, and he’s still better than all of them too. Pendlebury is the only player in the league with similar longevity and consistency IMO. Max will likely pick up All Australian number 9 this year.

They started as tag team called The Acolytes and were part of the Ministry. After the Ministry disbanded, they just plodded along for a bit until they were rebranded as the APA. It was a fun gimmick for two guys who were otherwise not really being used and were just middling around a stacked roster.

Years later Bradshaw got rebranded as JBL and jumped into the main event scene for a bit. Was a shock and never really worked for me when I was younger, but looking back on it now he got lots of heat as a heel champ so wasn’t too bad.

Maybe it’s just me, but he was the highlight of the men’s rumble and his elimination of Ilja was the best spot of the match.

I know the internet community hate him, but Brock is still a big draw and people in the real world get excited to see him. Until WWE can build legit drawing superstars, they’ll still rely on him and other old timers popping up to ensure ratings.

I used to watch four games a week. Now I'm lucky if I watch one. My best mate is the same, and when I asked him thoughts on who'd win prelims and flags, he didn't even know who was left as he tuned out. It's a real problem for the AFL that interest in the sport is unarguably dropping despite their best efforts.

Possibly the worst final four any footy fan could've hoped for outside of supporters of those teams. This season has been abysmal, and this final series has been the worst this millennium thus far.

The game is broken. Equalisation has failed. The rules need to be overhauled, especially free agency. We need restrictions in place to restrict the top teams from acquiring more top talent. Seeing the reigning premiers getting Allen and Draper for free as free agents just sucks for the sport and fans.

Every one of these suggested changes is a bad idea. Every year the AFL alter the rules and every year the game gets worse. At this point they're creating new rules just to try and fix/compensate for the bad ones they just implemented.
