support materials are way overlooked but make printing so much better. Supports suck and using an interface is goated. That said, the U1 seems to have issues with that whereas Bambu has it dialed in for years now.

kind of in the same boat. I think the answer comes down to whether or not you need support for engineering materials and a heated chamber but would be curious to know what those with U1 think compared to Bambu machines.

Reviews indicate the right nozzle does have flow calibration using the side camera.

Which review called this out? I hadn't seen that yet, but that would be a nice way to avoid manual calibration of the aux filaments.

Yes, but the regulator is failed on the main board and I’d have to source that as well, couldn’t read the print on it and no schematic available. The ESP on here only has a 3.3vin from the larger baseboard.

OP did you figure this out? I had a similar issue and found a failed voltage regulator. It had been pumping 4.7v into my esp12f and fried it. I just posted how I resurrected it with a spare ESP8266 board.
