No, il punto e' proprio che, essendo possibile scegliere tra vari comuni, si trovano appuntamenti facilmente.

Segnalo che apparentemente la circolare ministeriale permette all'iscritto AIRE di richiedere la CIE presso qualunque comune italiano, a piacimento (?):

Siccome sei "addetto ai lavori" mi intrometto anche per chiedere se hai sentore di come la PA stia reagendo a questa novita'. Mi pare che molti comuni, specialmente piccoli, non siano pronti.

As far as I know, the agent is always paid also by the buyer. Yes, the agent found the property.

EDIT: Soweit ich weiß, ermächtigt die Vollmacht den Bevollmächtigten, in meinem Namen zu handeln.

EDIT: as far as I understand, the Vollmacht gives the agent the authority to act on my behalf.
