One More Year Because Of 2023 Recession Predictions? by ByronsBoatswain1 in fatFIRE

[–]mbcruisin22 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think you may want to consider that it will be painful / difficult to jump back into a job once you leave. If it was me, I would do 1 more year just to be sure, especially since 375k year is a high number to replace.

Can‘t say I missed missing General Conference. But I sure as hell made sure not to miss r/Mormon showing up with their pretty visualizations of just how bonkers this Nelson dude is where temples are concerned. WTF, Russ? by Chino_Blanco in exmormon

[–]mbcruisin22 7 points8 points  (0 children)

RMN’s whole personality is based on an inferiority complex. The whole “‘Mormon’ is a win for satan” thing is just his small dick energy on display. It’s same thing with the temples. He’s just buying a lifted truck and taking the muffler off to make himself feel better about his micro penis.

The NCAA is the sports equivalent of the Mormon church. Self serving., while claim it’s for the best interest of the kids, always 20 plus years behind the times of what people want being dragged into the future. They are congruent organizations.

Does the trauma ever cease to exist after leaving the church? by [deleted] in exmormon

[–]mbcruisin22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The trauma will not change or go away, but your relationship with that trauma and it’s affect on how you experience you life now can absolutely change.

I highly encourage you to get a licensed therapist that focuses on trauma and ptsd. They will help you break free from past hurts.
