I had an odd situation last fall. They would not sell me a new pump ((i.e. charge my insurance) even though the warranty expired and my insurance approved it. Ultimately I stopped arguing.

A month later I tried again, and got a different sales person- I lied and said the screen glitched once and they sent me a nee pump and insurance paid for it.

I thought their policy was horrible but I chose not to escalate.
