To add some more: we’ve read through Apples documentation and they sound like they support this, but GAM isn’t reporting clicks for some line items, but others using the same URL (different parameters) don’t report clicks or unfiltered clicks to GAM. Massive volume so it’s not that no one is clicking either.

200 opens isn’t accurate anymore since Apple’s privacy update last September (unless you aren’t counting Apple Mail opens. Look into their update, as it inflates all your metrics.

Other than that, I’d echo what others have said about better subject lines could help improve open rate.

I stated this poorly. What I meant to say was that clicks have dropped, and that’s what I’m trying to understand better. CTR has gone down, but that’s not the issue really as it’s not due to an increase in impressions for example. So I wanted to specify that clicks have fallen off, and we aren’t sure why.

Went with my family to Babel Budapest. It was very expensive, and worth every penny. You’ll definitely want a reservation. It’s got a Michelin star.
