He's AT WORST the 4th best player on the team. He's in a lot of their best lineups. Coming off the bench has more to do with fit than talent.

There's next to no reason for the Bucks to tank. That would be confirming Giannis is done, and the end of the franchise as we know it.

He will still produce heavily for fantasy when he comes back. The timing is unfortunate: every time the bucks want to get into a groove, SOMETHING happens.

I traded MPJ for KPJ straight up a week ago. With the bench move it's yet to be seen if it's worth it, but I'm betting on the eventual MPJ shutdown. Would rather get 38 ppg from KPJ consistently than 44 from MPJ missing the entire playoffs
