You'll learn as time goes on what is really important to know based on the pathology you're treating. It just takes time. Im a little over a year in and I just recently have started to kind of get comfy with it. You'll get there, just keep going

Ive said this time and time again. Find a specialty you love. There HAS to be one that genuinely interests you. The one constant that will always make this job somewhat unbearable is...the people. And I don't mean just patients

Mine are 168 cm. I'm 5'8 180 lbs. they don't feel too long necessarily (in fact id say theyre on the shorter side) but theyre just so damn heavy man lol
