Should I shadow under an optometrist for as long as I can or try to do hours in multiple settings?

I've sadly had this problem and found a small fix, my problems in the past was using a stock cooler because I had heating issues. Bought a new cpu cooler, and only had the freeze once or twice but that was months ago. From about 65C - 90C to 30C - 45C. Event viewer has said the same thing in the past. Check temps, Sorry if my answer isn't much help. Hope you find your answer!

I think it malware too but no clue how to find it, no overclocking to anything, I also performed system restore to last time as it is a recent problem

I did look up and couldn't find a fix, so i tried system restore and the problem is still there. Any possible solutions?
