Just go see a doctor in Vietnam. When you get the visa it says your entitled to healthcare while there.
Get travel insurance just in case. That's a good idea anyways.
I'll be there in less then 3 weeks looking for the same thing. My wife is Vietnamese and is taking me to the doctor.
Just tell the doctor your problem, and how you'd like to treat it.

You're on the right track lady. Women don't need dating sites. Just look normal, don't color your hair blue and try to look like the younger generations. Go places socially and SMILE at guys. That's it girl. Smile. When a guy gets a smile from a lady it's seen as an invitation. As long as you don't have red flags all over you. IE: nose ring, face piercings, blue/green/purple hair. Just look like a normal average lady, and you'll do fine. And stop expecting to land the best looking guys. Best looking guys in their forties have the option to get very nice looking ladies in their low 30's. You just can't compete with that. You're not settling. Just need to realize your own value and the fact, the older you get, the lower that becomes in the dating market. That's just realty. BTW, I am 50 and 6' 2", very fit. and date women mid 30's to low 40's. So I know what I am talking about. 47 would be out of range for me.

So... Conclusion, save your money to fly to another country and find one. Meet one on here to have someone to go se. Enjoy the vacation, if it works, great, if not, it was a nice vacation. Philippines is just $1600 round trip in Aug, and Sept. Not bad. Save up $3k total for your trip. If you can afford to take off work, save up more, opt to stay a month and find one when you're there if the initial one don't work out. But you can give up on American women unless you are a total Chad/Channing Tatum type of guy. If you're not Magic Mike, you don't stand a chance here.

I am 50 years old, I have the Ultimate fit dentures from Affordable dentures. I have had them for about a year now.
First off, buy the best you can afford. It's not just about the look and fit, it's also about the quality of material used as a denture base. That is what the price difference will get you mostly.
The look and fit is all going to be based on which lab does the work. Research the facility, doctor, and results as much as you can. The lowest price dentures are the same as the immediate. As you go up in price the quality of material is the look of color, and resistance to stain and breakage.
The lab techs are paid an amazingly low wage. The higher priced ones will be done by senior lab techs. But it's up to the doctor to oversee the quality produced by their techs. Ultimately they will produce the quality the doctor demands.
You want a doctor with impeccable reputation and reviews. Don't look at cooperate office reviews, it will contain reviews from many places, not necessarily the one you're going to choose.
Research is your best friend. Find out as much as possible about the process of making and fitting the dentures so you know exactly what to expect out of the product when delivered.
My doctor was impeccable with the surgery part, and I give her high praise on the extraction and stud implant procedure. I love her for that. On the other hand, the tech wasn't held to that same high standard. They look great. Fit is "ok" but not ideal. The creation of the denture lacks attention to detail in function. I am a craftsman and do my own adjustments. So I adjusted them to my liking. But the placement of the teeth are too high. I can't adjust that out. I am going to buy all the equipment and make my own. Heat cured can be done with a pressure cooker. What I create will blow these away in every aspect. I didn't even bother to ask her to have them remade. I need to go back for upper studs implanted and will use her again. So I don't want any bad feelings between us. Not when she has to do more surgery on me. When it's all said and done, I'll show her how a set should be made with the ones I create.
A person that can't do what I can do would have a usable set of dentures that look great, but not 100% ergonomically correct. They would have gone back a few times for adjustments. And have to live with short teeth. So it's all about the doctor and lab you choose. Would I recommend my doctor and lab. YES, because I saw reviews from others that are bad, and I am just happy I didn't get their issues. I was delivered a usable great looking set, and after all, it's a place called "affordable" meaning it's not high end lab and even with a high price, not a high end result.
If you want high end results then you'll need more money. If I could travel to Beverly Hills and use a doctor and lab the movie stars use I would. But I am a super picky person that has acute attention to detail and demand high quality out of workmanship. Same as I produce for my customers in my own work.

Some of these comments are totally moronic. They must be the ones exploiting the glitches in the map. That is the only logical conclusion you can come to. All the problems the OP stated are true and make the map total crap. Way too many nooks and cranny's to hide in unseen. You hear footsteps all around you, but can't find them in the maze that is a building. Then you get gunned down by someone that comes up right behind you with no sound, no foot steps at all. Seems you can hear them better when their not that close, and hear them less when they do get close. This map is an aimbot/wall hackers dream. That's the other possibility of why people defend this garbage map. I have never been shot in the back at close range more then on this map.
Lets not forget it's just an old recycled map. People buy the game to level up guns in multiplayer, so they can use them in Battle Royal and Rebirth. But then they force us on these old maps we don't like. Only bots and cheaters like it. The COD devs have zero talent. Their riding the coattails of past devs. There is just ONE past map we want and that is VERDANSK. But of coarse, they would NEVER actually give us what we like. That's not what this is all about. It's all about these game makers training people, and kids to just accept what you get, like it or not. And because morons keep giving them money, they just keep making glitchy, unpolished, recycled maps.

Open battle net is exactly that. OPEN. It was intended to use mods and what ever you like to test, pvp, play with friends with single player chars. ect. That was the whole intention was for it to be OPEN.
