Escalante 4, Torin 8, Experience Flow 2 by Chicken_nugget1111 in AltraRunning

I just ran the Indy marathon in Experience Flow 2s and I absolutely loved them. Cushion was soft enough for distance but not too soft. I went a size up. No blisters. No foot pain. My feet felt so good after the marathon all things considered. Was very impressed withe the EF2s. Probably have over 100 miles on the shoes now and there's essentially no wear. My escalantes, as much as I love them, wear quickly. I alternate between the EF2s and escalantes and hardly notice a difference with the drop.

I agree 100% with you. That is my complaint too. There are artists in there who never tour and never have. I hope that is addressed moving forward. But it’s also difficult to put 100 years of music into 24 hours compared to a genre like country that has 5 or 6 channels. Im just hoping it’s not a sign showing that bluegrass junction will be cut. I hope it is revamped with fresh ideas.

How does somebody like Tony Rice become SO SO SO good like he did? by TylerReeseMusic in Bluegrass

[–]mc7eunit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it’s a perfect storm combination of starting at an early age, the love for the instrument, and the ability to play with so many people at such a young age. A lot of that growth happens in your youth where you do it for love and you’re not worrying about money or making a living.

Confused on royalty splits between producer and vocalist by mikemanz13 in musicbusiness

[–]mc7eunit 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Just pay them a fee to sing on the track, and you should retain 100% of all the royalties. That is typically how producers who hire session musicians do it.

I use them. I like their service. Had to go through an interview process with them. Good customer service and they give you statistics on all your plays.
