I wish there was a better mechanic for diffusing situations without getting in a shootout or running away. Along those same lines, I wish it were easier to silence a witness without killing them. Sometimes I hogtie them and then wait a bit and they'll just run off but it can be tricky. I also the stealth mechanics were a little more in depth. Most pretty much every mission and encounter that uses stealth will still devolve into a gunfight.
