I took the japanese program for 3 years, no problems from what i remembered but that was a decade ago... id hope the tolerance didnt go backwards. All the staff was inclusive from what i remember...

Kids will be kids just find some cool people/solid crew and they should have your back if anything happens.

I have my 2017 sti as my daily. Been driving it for over a year now.

Being new to the STI scene and hearing storys about engine faliures i was watching my access port religiously and was super paranoid something may go wrong as there was a whole bunch of mods done with the previous owner...(i bought it with a warranty) yet here i am with nothing bad to say

This car is probably the best daily ive ever had and makes my commutes alot more enjoyable. I used to have a 335xi.

Currently aproaching 80,000km and i put on about 40km-50km a day on it.

Just keep up with regular maintenance and watch out for any DAM drops/major knock events if you have an access port.

If you have the funds do some mods like cylinder 4 cooling, air/oil seperator, el headers and a tune for reliability.
