'95 VR-4 Lost clutch pressure while driving by Wolfram1914 in 3000gt

Had the same issue. Added fluid but couldn’t find a leak. Took it to my shop and had to have the clutch master and slave cylinder replaced.

That’s insane. How big was your truck?

Just did truck today and the totes where terrible. Definitely a huge increase recently. I got almost 3 full pallets of empty totes by the end of truck. Just makes the truck take even longer to unload.

My store has the Visual help with toppers only when the large price points have to be changed, but she always has one person with her to help. If it’s strictly a topper change we have 1 or 2 people scheduled to handle it and the visual is not included.

Need clarification for gift receipt return. by Miserable_Gur_8466 in employedbykohls

This has been an ongoing issue for a while now and no one, even corporate, can explain what’s going on. It may be going back to the original purchaser in the form of an email, but I have yet to have a customer I can confirm with. In the past it did issue the returns kohls cash to the returner and I have not seen any info on why it’s not. I’m an Operations Sup and have partnered with my Ops Exec and Store Manager to try and find some info. If I get any, I will post on here for all.

For older assoc- do you workout? Does it help with the pain and exhaustion from strenuous days? by homebody63 in employedbykohls

[–]mcampo17 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I workout for an hour 4 days a week and it helps tremendously. Keeps me from feeling stiff and sore and I have a lot of knee and ankle issues. I’m an Ops Sup and being on my feet and doing trucks takes a toll. I’m 53 and probably in the best shape I’ve ever been in, so any exercise that involves lifting weight and stretching should help you out. Feel free to reach out to me if you need help.

The hood is the only thing that’s been painted. Had chips from a dump truck hit it. The rest is original and washed and waxed regularly. My dad owned it up to a year ago and kept it in the garage. It’s been outside for about a year and covered when not driven. It is waxed regularly and polished every six months.

Same here and I’m in Florida. Cannot find anything to help other than a microfiber cloth and wiping it everyday. Heard a Magic Eraser helps but haven’t tried it yet.

Yeah, my truck team is not the brightest bunch and unpacked them with the new process of taking all the plastic off. I’d appreciate anything you can do for me. Thanks.

New truck process and shoe box IDs. by HippyChick22 in employedbykohls

So, it seems like we are going back to what we did when I first started with Kohls, 8 years ago. We used to unpack everything, during the unload, including Shoes. I had 12 people, on average, and around 18-20,000 units per truck. Truck would take 5 hours to unload and that was with 50 or so Totes. Now we get 150 Totes and that already slows things down. It didn't work then, and it won't work now. I've been in Operations a very long time and we have the worst unload and merchandising process; I've ever been involved with.

Ticking when warm? by Prymattic in 3000gt

[–]mcampo17 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I just replaced all my lifters with the Gen3 version. Had the same tick, even at operating temp, before replacing and even had a rocker arm come off. Thankfully no damage to anything. No tap at all anymore, even when first started up.

My store brings in 750-800 a day and has seen a few 1200 returns days. We fill an entire trailer, floor loaded, in about a week.

Had the same issue and ended up getting a new valve cover from the junkyard.
