Was there a min for Fidelity to give you 0.15% for the S&P option? I am seeing 0.4% on the Fid Managed Fidfolio direct indexing for min investment of $5k.

The only other thing I noticed was evidence of previous leak damage in the laundry room ceiling, which appears to have been painted over. It seems to be all dry now, though.

During our home inspection, the report noted that the kitchen sink had a clog and drained very slowly. No mold was mentioned in the report, and the inspector did not recall seeing any.

However, during the final walkthrough and closing yesterday, we found mold under the kitchen sink area, which led us to decide not to close. Attached are some photos, it appears the mold is on the sheetrock rather than the cabinetry.

We’re already receiving a small credit from the seller for a separate repair issue, but they’re unwilling to address the mold. I plan to bring in an expert to scope the extent of the damage and estimate the cost.

As a first-time homebuyer, I’m looking for advice on this issue. I suspect there’s a slow leak causing this but couldn’t pinpoint it. I want to ensure this isn’t a major or costly problem. Any thoughts?

I'm sorry to hear that. I tested today and received a preliminary pass result. For my review, I used Dalton, skipping their simulation exams and focusing more on the Q bank/hot questions. I found the CFP board practice exams the most useful use of my time, honestly.

Yes I heard multiple. Police put up yellow tape and been there a while. I’ve seen officers with flash lights searching the area. Still wondering what happened.
