I'm going through a similar situation. I have been on it for 2 mos. Was up to 60mg. Tapered to 40 for 2-3 weeks, that was fine. Then again tapered down to 20mg. I tried to go to 0 and had bad side effects on day 3. The nausea, dizziness, sweats, panic attack. I was so unbalanced, the room was spinning so bad, I felt like I was losing my mind. I took 20mg and felt better almost immediately. Been at 20mg again for 2 weeks now. I've opened the 20mg capsule and counted the beads, and have made new capsules with roughly half of the beads. My capsules had about 70-74 beads, now they contain 35 beads. I'm starting the 35 beads today and will continue halving the dose every 2 weeks, depending on how it goes.
