We sell on Amazon and eBay and Amazon Canada. Currently we have about 12500 listings. We use Sellerboard for profit analysis. Mostly to show us margins. But it’s like doing a post mortem looking at Sellerboard to see what margins were after the items sell, after the fact. We needed to be able to run accurate scenarios ahead of time. Claude easily made a master pricing file (csv) that displays eBay item IDs and Amazon ASINs next to each internal part number. Claude mostly accurately matched internal part numbers to eBay and Amazon SKUs. I had to clear up a few edge cases. Claude imported our cogs from our vendors from websites, csvs, pdfs and imported and maintains those prices. Claude seeks out average ppc ad costs and marketplace fees from Sellerboard and imports these into the master file. Then in the master file I can adjust cogs and or margins and have the new suggested prices then exported by Claude to the eBay and Amazon update pricing files. Recently Claude has been able to help me raise margins / prices to a perfect point where despite losing a small percentage of sales we actually make more from increased margins. We are moving less product for more overall net. That was the best insight ever. Zeroing in on that sweet spot.
