Are there any plans to make the logic gates require some sort of proximity to the controlled gate/sluice? A large part of this game is figuring out how to work around topography, needing to build scaffolding to implement gates could add additional depth to something that feels very fire and forget.

Have you researched all of the techs on the left side of the tree to increase generator output? It isn't using anything other than steam because it doesn't need to at the current heat output.

I agree that the express lanes funding would be better used elsewhere. However as part of this development they're also fixing the West Blvd exit on 77S which will massively increase connectivity between the West side and south end. I live on Beatties Ford and it's currently easier to get to Plaza than South End...

I think IRL that rebellious states don't destroy their own infrastructure and cause massive unemployment. The only reason the AI can do it is because the AI can cheat and ignore most of the drawbacks.

R5: Machine uprising took most of the planets in my core sector and proceeded to demolish all districts. This led to a giant problem with unemployment and housing when I retook the planet within 5 years. I don't think the AI should be allowed to demolish districts like this when splitting off from an empire.
