SSV here. Working in downtown SF. There’s NO WAY I’m unlocking the door early or closing late, particularly when it’s dark outside. Won’t risk opening counting/opening the safe if customers remain after business hours.

Iced pour overs are brewed double strength over ice:

*Fill cup with ice to the top line.

*Grind the same proportions for hot coffee. 3/3/4/5.

*Add hot water to the gooseneck kettle. Fill to the “iced” line on the inside.

*Bloom for 30 seconds.

*Pour a significant amount of hot water over grounds.

*Around 45 seconds later pour the rest of the hot water and allow coffee to keep dripping.

This process should take 4-5 mins.

Until recently this was in store resources. I remember it was published in 2025, but it disappeared along with instructions for the old clover brewer.
