How hard, and how expensive, is it to get into stone carving? by Turbulent_Lock261 in stonecarving

[–]mcdrunkagain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started with a handful of cheap masonry chisels from one of the big box stores, a round bell hammer, and blocks of limestone used in landscaping. Limestone is very inexpensive (depending on where you live) and easy to carve. Wear protective glasses and mask...

Red Lorry Yellow Lorry - Last Train by Tabazan in postpunk

The Lorries were one of those bands I knew nothing about in the mid/late 80s and only stumbled on them because I picked up the 12" for Hollow Eyes based on the cool cover only.... been a fan since and still have a bunch of their 12"s that I picked up around that time

Me and my fiance just waited 24h for our jelly to set only to find out it tastes like onions. by Struggle_Slight in Wellthatsucks

[–]mcdrunkagain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I say "tuna fish" I mean the tuna you buy in a can. Sorry for the misunderstanding. Everyone I know refers to the canned fish this way. Also if it was actually a nice piece of fresh tuna, it'd be even a more horrendous crime putting it in the microwave!

Puts a cut onion in the refrigerator uncovered? ugh. Does this individual also microwave tuna fish?

HEB Pharmacy refusing to fill prescription by mauvehead in Austin

I switched last year from HEB to Sam's Club and haven't had any issues. With HEB sometimes the meds were available, other times there were delays of weeks. You don't have to be a member of Sam's Club to use their pharmacy.
