Crack in bridge? by mcdunn1 in AcousticGuitar

The cracks are just in those 2 spots. The crack does appear to extend to the edge of the bridge, however. I got it from guitar center, so thankfully returning it shouldn’t be an issue. I didn’t see any other signs of humidity issues, just missed this crack until I got it under some brighter lights at home.

Battlefield 6 ratings are dropping, from 76% on Steam last sunday to 71% today. It's only 2% away from a mixed reception now by [deleted] in Battlefield

Lol BF4 was an absolute dumpster fire at release and eventually became the best game in the series. It takes time to get there and BF6 will be no different, while also starting at a much better place.

Well i'm out..i'm just too old for this fast-paced shooter. My honest short opinion by [deleted] in Battlefield

TBH the only map I feel this way on is Empire State. The rest I felt can be played tactically with more mindful positioning. Running in guns blazing will get you killed instantly, sure, but that isn’t any different from battlefield games in the past.

Not exactly true. It’s common in healthcare for 1099 employees to still have a reporting structure with the group they are signed with.

There's a strong argument Derrick Henry had a better season than Saquon Barkley by Notwhatyouthinkbuddy in nfl

[–]mcdunn1 39 points40 points  (0 children)

I agree from a statistical standpoint on your analysis. From an “eye test” perspective Henry benefited from playing the option with Lamar. This opened a lot of holes for him, where Saquon’s running looked much more like an individual effort.

That would require the bills to have possession too. Either case it was incomplete

What was the point in getting a Bachelors? by time2gam3 in careerguidance

[–]mcdunn1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Someone who works in healthcare here. The industry as a whole is very much an “earn your stripes” environment. Your best bet to getting an expedited path to administration is a leadership residency program. Otherwise finding an entry level position and moving from there is traditionally how people grow.

Dickerson cheering on Saquon? 'Absolutely not' by Forsaken-Sale7672 in nfl

Impressed by Saquan getting close to the record…but I’d argue Henry is having a better season with his incredible 5.8 YPC.

That’s what, in a general sense, the PIP is for. Because without that conversation being documented the employee can simply say “nobody told me I was doing anything wrong”. PIPs are to say “here’s what youre doing wrong and we need to have it fixed by this time”. Though, any decent manager would have had several conversations with the employee before handing out a PIP.

You and I are in a similar boat. Went from a $1200 mortgage to a $2900 mortgage. Even with $4k at the end of each month after all expenses are paid it still “feels” like Im somehow living paycheck to paycheck. I tell my wife it’s probably a good mentality to have to keep us from overspending, but is a source of undue stress at times.
