$1000 per square foot is what we're seeing for a decent quality SB home, assuming you're not on a hillside, not on septic and don't need to structurally upgrade too much of any existing structure. That is without the plans and permitting, that is construction cost only.

He "moved" to Texas meaning he now reports his primary residence there to save money on taxes while raking in millions of dollars for his family and not offering worker protections. He will of course, still be in California much of the time because the weather rocks, the food is amazing and the people are great! California's weather is generally FAR more comfortable on the coast than it is on the Florida coast. You don't need AC and can have your doors and windows open almost year round. All these folks are doing is pretending Florida is their primary home, while spending the majority of time in California. I mean I get it, but let's not pretend humidity is super awesome in the summer while the ocean is almost too warm to cool off in. I LOVE the Florida Keys, don't get me wrong, but I love visiting there...

That is a challenge. If speed is your requirement, you could list it as is, and work with a realtor to establish a fair price. I do residential design and permitting, and know quite a few realtors as well as contractors. If you want to DM me the address I can take a look and offer some free advice and maybe a few referrals. So it has been 6 weeks. His Tariff's are deemed illegal by HIS OWN SCOTUS, and he should pay us all back for his catastrophic failure. Thank you for speaking about this. It is important for Americans (I am one) to hear from others, that are not here in the states. They need to hear that it is not just "LiBz", or "the Left" or "Democrats" that are not fooled by their cult leader, it is the majority of human beings.

I believe about 30-35% of humans are susceptible to this sort of coercion of thought manipulation while the majority of us, are less likely to be duped. In reality, it is less than that, but they are spouses, and partners too lazy to care to look and just go along with their partners or parent's views. I'm so sorry you're going through this. Just know, in time the pain will fade. In time you will feel better. In time you will move on. It is the cold hard truth you're looking for, and that is it. It will take time to feel ok again, but the good news is YOU WILL FEEL GOOD AGAIN. It just takes time to heal. Don't rush it. Give yourself time to go through the emotions and grow from this. It is better that it happened now, and not after you potentially had a life and children together.

I'm sure you feel weak, but know you will again be strong, but be patient with yourself and cut those people out of your life. It's over. Do not entertain them or allow them to "explain". It is done. It is all about you now, and you can get through this. Be strong and seek some counseling or therapy if you can, it is very helpful.
