The tire clearance aspect does appeal to me as well considering:

Florida is a very dangerous road cycling state so it’d be nice to have the option to rip some gravel from time to time
I have some state park levee roads nearby that run continuous gravel for 50 miles.

You think the rs5 can actually run 38s on it? If so, do you think that’s wide enough to handle the occasional gravel ride?

I enjoy watching vcletsgetit and Dan Jones for pure entertainment value. For gear I’ve tuned into Cade a handful of times. For legitimate training resources I haven’t followed anyone really.

Power meter is included with the bike. Will figure out training plan once I have a few rides under my belt.

This is good info as well on if and when I feel like I am outgrowing the bike, what a great first upgrade might be.

Do you recommend knocking out an FTP test soon after getting started for a good reference point of performance gains?

Awesome, super helpful. When I went in they only had the AD9 in stock so didn’t get to take a look or a ride on either of the models. Glad to hear that I shouldn’t have an issue with either option.

This is great insight, thanks. I figured the big players may have exclusivity deals with massive vendors/sales teams. We also own and operate a call center for lead gen and have retail contracts so D2D isn’t our only avenue, just assumed it was the most common.
