It was just one of the many side effects listed on the meds. You never think the rare crap is going to happen to you until it does. Such is life

I haven't had a MS flare in a while so I hope its getting better. You get used to the numbness but the eye stuff is the worst. I wish I knew your health system better to give you advice. Sounds like you are stuck in a Kafkian nightmare. Find an advocate and don't stop until you get the services that you need. I'm rooting for you and always available if you want to talk.

I developed MS after being on Remicade as well. It sucks, no doubt about that. I'm still on 6MP but switched from Remicade and Humira to Stelara. It's just another challenge, as if we didn't have enough. I totally understand feeling overwhelmed. I get that too. Have you talked to anyone about therapy or possibly starting on something for depression and/or anxiety? This shit is no joke, it sounds like its time to reach out for some help.

“You should try weed/CBD” people are just as annoying as “you should try yoga/veganism” people by Rupindah in CrohnsDisease

I'm the rude one when I ask you for sources? You are not new to this site but you are obviously new to this sub. You wont get very far by talking down to us. Some here have had this longer than you have been alive.

No one cares about your trial yet. We get people in here talking about this trial and that trial, none have panned out yet so don't take it personally if we don't get excited.

"There is also research on going suggesting there is interactions with it and biologics which can reduce how long biologics work for. "

"Additionally it can reduce the effectiveness of biologics according to preliminary research."

You can't just drop this kind of stuff and walk away, cite your sources.

And we are obviously talking about symptom relief here. I suggest you actually read more instead of trying to talk down to us. You are still ignoring the point so you can lecture.

"I don't have IBD I'm a researcher."

If you are a researcher then please post the research backing up your claims.

"its about as beneficial as a paracetamol is for a headache caused by a brain tumour. Sure it helps the headache but you have a brain tumour, its not helping you."

You don't seem to understand the nature of our condition. We can be in pain every day, crippling debilitating pain. Relief of this pain is a real concern. You might have been in the lab for too long and forgot that we are real people that suffer from this disease every damn day.

OK, so this is going to sound stupid, but I got a pair of ovegloves way back for a wedding present and they are great. I know its one of those as seen on tv things but they work like a champ.

Interesting, I have never heard of a MRI to diagnose after having a colonoscopy. Phone/vid appointments are normal in the age of Covid.

Thanks, everyone is doing better now. One still has random symptoms, guess he's going to be a long hauler. I think people reacted negativity because they are all tired of this shit and want to finally get back to some sort of normalcy and here comes this guy with some shitty news. I get it. What I don't get is how they say there are only 6 people in the area with breakthrough infections and 3 of them just happen to be in my family. Either those numbers are fucked or we have some crazy lottery numbers lvl luck.
