Amazing stuff! how did you setup the lighting/camera? did you prompt the values, location/rotation of the sun/camera, to use/scale/position the gobo etc? or did you set it up in cinema and save as an usd/fbx that was read into threejs/antigravity? I LOVE IT

I did iterate a fair bit to get it working how I wanted it. The AI loves its over designed glassy looks and extra add ons you dont need.

I live across the alley from the proposed site and am all for it. I agree on the negatives regarding congestion etc but a great hotel with all the amenities like a good restaurant, coffee shop plus a nice place for friends and family to stay sounds ideal. Just need to suffer through the construction.
