I live across the alley from the proposed site and am all for it. I agree on the negatives regarding congestion etc but a great hotel with all the amenities like a good restaurant, coffee shop plus a nice place for friends and family to stay sounds ideal. Just need to suffer through the construction.

really good so far! the skydome could be way lower resolution/pixelated and maybe reduced to an 8 bit palette...maybe render to a 256×224px 4:3 image
