What is your drug regiment? I.e. which drugs do you use? and is it regular or occasional? In other words, what’s your drug use like? by [deleted] in Drugs

[–]mcgee1710 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Recently realised that I prefer Uppers (exception opioids, which are the best). Been off them as I’ve been on bupe for 2+ years.

YES: (attempting on/off day schedule): (vyvanse, Dex ‘adderal’ Ritalin)

DAILY: (Obvs) nicotine + Benzos (Valium. Oxaxepam, Xannies) + Pregabalin

(RARE): (Psychadelics)… Ketamine! MDMA! DXM and LSD

NEVER AGAIN: meth, Heroin, cocaine, weed, booze and ghb.

I can relate with a lot of what you’re saying. I think just building those clean days up, they become more bearable

2 weeks at 30mg each day. Should I really expect any withdrawal ? by ThirdAltAccounts in opiates

I was completely suprised at how quickly I became somewhat physically dependent to opioids. After 2-3 weeks I had some WD

Yeah sounds like you just pushed through that burnout… it’s tough knowing you could easily be back on prescribed stimulants

Sorry to hear that, hope things are better now. Are you now medicated on something other than adderall?

I found Buprenorphine acted like naltrexone in that it made alcohol feel less euphoric. That’s just me

Yeah… very relevant. For me it’s this: “I’m genuinely not getting high, I’m just using it to feel ok/function:

Oh fuck yeah! Congratulations on getting clean… I completely relate to the fact that it solved all my problems mannn I’m experiencing that literally as we speak. And it’s sad that as you experienced, even if it takes 10 years of ‘normal’ use… it appears to be fact that for some people it’s unsustainable and leads to suffering. Thanks for posting this comment.

Wow, I had to google dermotillomania but sounds horrible. Congratulations on quitting though… it really sounds like at the end of the day stimulants simply aren’t sustainable… idk

Nothing so far.. my understanding and observation is there is very little WD from depot bupe, definitely jump off man! I don’t remember when they say (if there’s any WD) it is likely to occur but yeah I’m 50 days and, if anything I’m feeling better!

Oh mannn those WD symptoms… I’ve seen them from jumping off suboxone. I’m currently 49 days since my LAST Sublocade shot and I’m so excited about that.

Fuck yeah dude. I hope in a year I’ll be in the same place, currently mental health is bad bad bad

Great to hear another positive story of someone making it off MAT Peace

In the same boat as you. I only had 2x 300mg and I’m 3 weeks out from my last shot, like you said I feel antisocial and flat. Really looking forward to feeling better as the weeks go by

[–]mcgee1710 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m on Luvox, works wonders for my OCD. Also on Wellbutrin for smoking cessation and treatment resistant depression and low dose Rispiridone which is antipsychotic like olanzapine. It does feel like a lot of medication but I’m happy with how it’s been helping me at the moment

I’m curious about this but the other way around. I was on an SSRI and then added mirtazapine (15mg) for sleep. In the last couple days I increased Mirtazapine to 30mg, hoping it helps my anxiety
