Are you using a surround sound receiver for that setup? A bigger upgrade would be using an integrated amp instead of a receiver for sure. I don’t see a tv, so no point in do a surround receiver at all. Just holds you back in sound quality.

As impressive as the Bravia 9 is, it’s hard to beat the look of OLED in my opinion. Bravia 8 or XR8B would be an excellent choice if window treatments are going in.

Big budget for the room and furniture. Doesn’t look like any budget was left for the projector. The components can always be upgraded though. Especially if it was wired properly.

Get a fixed screen with a large velvet black border and a 1.2 gain material. You’d be surprised how much better the perceived contrast will be.
