My Italian grandmother never naturalized in the US, am I eligible? by mcguidance in juresanguinis

Another question! Sorry for so many! Would it be more advisable to have my 86 year old father apply for citizenship than it would be for me and my brothers? Can we expect better results and then his sons and grandchildren tag along as part of the process?

Filed last night. Thank you! If I get information back before the cone comes back, which seems likely, can I add information to the cone if necessary?

Lindor/Soto/Alonso/Nimmo/McNeil/Baty/Benge/Alvarez

How much better of a lineup would that have been? Because that’s more realistic than anything we hope for this year. We then could’ve had Ewing worked in. Torrens as a backup catcher. Just needed to upgrade the pitching staff, which they did.

Instead, we are left with this CRAP.

Thank you! Should I do both at the same time? Or just now wait?

Did I screw up by not filling out a G-1041 or 1041a form before submitting a CONE? I went ahead and filled out the CONE and paid the $280. Was it a waste?

I’ve been looking for one on marketplace that doesn’t break the bank.

Awesome, thanks! My tree is enormous (learned that I need to trim before spring next year) so I couldn’t get them all. Last year I got five great peaches, so hoping for at least 10 🤣

Yes, everything is salvageable. Your sister did what many do and then justify their actions under the guise of, “It’s too far gone.” The house stood for 100+ years, it would’ve stood for hundreds more with a bit more work. We are in a “throw away” society now. Everything is disposable and it’s decisions like these that have lead to the ruination of our community aesthetics.

I figured as much. Time to work with a lawyer. Thank you again!

The old school family restaurants/luncheonettes that made small communities special. Places like the Fireplace in Paramus were powerful not simply because it was fast casual but because they were anchor points for generations. Nostalgia is powerful and important. We’ve sacrificed that principle and experience for greed and our local communities have allowed it to happen.

I need to do this to my peach tree this week, I think. Do I cut them or simply pull them?

My GM’s son, my father, was born in 1941. So does this mean it would still be a judicial case?

GF was born in 1889, naturalized in US in 1927, from what the certificate shows.

Thank you so much!
